Yes, Shadow Cat Boutique items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of product delivery. Pre-loved clothing and Face Masks are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, unless damaged or faulty.

Shadow Cat is committed to minimising material waste during the making process as well as longevity of the garment's practical life.

We use paper courier bags made from recycled and FSC certified paper to a luxurious thickness that will protect your orders. When you have finished with the bag, it can be easily home composted or recycled in a council recycling bin.
