As these garments are all hand cut please allow a garment tolerance of 1/1.5cm for your measurements.
We offer flat rate shipping of $5.50 ($10.50 rural) New Zealand-wide.
We use paper courier bags, they are made from recycled and FSC certified paper to a luxurious thickness that will protect your orders. When you have finished with the bag, it can be easily home composted or recycled in a council recycling bin.
We use a tracked courier service and delivery is typically 1-3 days from dispatch (rural delivery can take a little longer). We aim to process your order the same day it arrives. All orders are dispatched from Napier.
Please note, we unfortunately cannot deliver to PO Boxes or internationally.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for pre-loved clothing items, unless faulty or damaged. We do not accept returns or exchanges of our fabric face masks due to hygiene issues.
For Shadow Cat Boutique garments, you may return the items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or an exchange. Returned items must be in original purchased condition, unused and unopened.

Include your order number with your return to help us process your refund/exchange quickly. Consider using a tracked service as we cannot guarantee your returned item will reach us.

Once we have received your returned item, a full refund less the cost of shipping will be issued to the original form of payment. If the items are faulty or were sent to you in error, we will reimburse you for any postage costs you incurred returning the item/s back to us.
